license and device activation data, and diagnostic
information you voluntarily submit to support.

We use this information to provide and maintain the
software, process payments, deliver support, send
service-related communications, and, where you opt in,
send product updates and newsletters.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share
information with service providers (such as payment
processors) who help us operate our business, or where
required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the
service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve
disputes.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time and
may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Purchases of the Professional Plan or Lifetime Plan may be
eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the
original purchase date.
2. How to request
Email support@pczentrox.com with your order number and the
email used at checkout, or call +1 (877) 884-8107 during
business hours.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment
method, typically within 5–10 business days, and will
deactivate the associated license.
4. Exclusions
Refund requests made outside the eligibility window, or
for licenses found to be used in violation of our Terms
& Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, may be
declined.

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using PC Zentrox, or by
accessing pczentrox.com, you agree to these Terms &
Conditions.
2. License
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms,
Nexosoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use PC Zentrox on up to the
number of devices permitted by your plan (1 device for
Free Trial; up to 5 devices for Professional and
Lifetime).
3. Plans & billing
The Professional Plan is billed at $59 per year until
cancelled. The Lifetime Plan is a one-time payment of $159
that does not renew.
4. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or
sublicense the software except as expressly permitted.
5. Disclaimer of certain functionality
PC Zentrox is a PC optimization and maintenance utility.
It is not antivirus or anti-malware software and does not
detect or remove malicious software.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexosoft LLC is
not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from use of the software.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of
Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use
of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of license
Nexosoft LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to install and use PC Zentrox on
the number of devices permitted by your plan, solely for
your own personal or internal business use.
2. Ownership
PC Zentrox is licensed, not sold. Nexosoft LLC retains all
right, title, and interest in and to the software.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the
software, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract its
source code, except to the extent permitted by applicable
law.
4. Term & termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates
automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this
Agreement.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any
kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
License Agreement

1. Plan-based device limits
Free Trial licenses cover 1 device. Professional and
Lifetime licenses each cover up to 5 devices per account.
2. Activation
Each license key may be activated and deactivated on
devices via the in-app license manager, up to your plan's
device limit.
3. Transferability
Licenses are issued to the purchasing account and are not
transferable to another individual or company without
written consent from Nexosoft LLC.
4. Renewal & expiration
Professional licenses renew annually at $59 unless
cancelled before the renewal date. Lifetime licenses do
not expire under normal use, subject to these Terms.
Acceptable Use Policy

When using PC Zentrox or pczentrox.com, you agree not to:
(a) use the software or site for any unlawful purpose; (b)
attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c)
redistribute, resell, or share license keys outside your
permitted devices; (d) interfere with the normal operation
of the software or website; or (e) use automated means to
scrape or extract content from our website without
permission. Violations may result in suspension or
termination of your license without refund, subject to our
Refund Policy.

others. If you believe content on pczentrox.com infringes
your copyright, please send a notice to

is unauthorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of

third-party payment provider; Nexosoft LLC does not store
full payment card numbers on its own systems. No method of

If you believe you've discovered a security vulnerability
affecting PC Zentrox or pczentrox.com, please report it to
support@pczentrox.com with sufficient detail to reproduce
the issue. Please avoid accessing or modifying data that
isn't yours, and give us a reasonable time to investigate
and remediate before public disclosure. We do not
currently operate a paid bug bounty program but will
acknowledge good-faith reports.
